ECUK’s 5th Liverpool Seminar at viva Brazil.
Entrepreneur Club UK has joined up with Iceberg Consulting in their quest to make companies smarter and more efficient by empowering them to employ the best. In the upcoming months we will be holding a 2 hour lunchtime assessment master classes. This session will be the first of the “Learning @ Lunchtime” seminars specifically designed to bite size learning for busy managers. This session is designed to ensure that as business people you never make a wrong hiring decision again guaranteed. We will be covering such issues as “understanding what you are actually looking for in a new recruit”, “ensuring that the person sitting in front of you is telling you the truth about their capability”, “measuring that capability” etc. Event will be presented by Simon Kerevan, Managing Director of Iceberg Consulting. In an assessment career spanning more than 10 years Simon has worked for some of the largest assessment players Globally as well as designing and implementing assessment and recruitment processes for many FTSE 100 companies he worked for one of the largest high street recruiters in the UK.
The session will be very interactive and intimate with only 16 specific individuals being invited. It is specifically good for people who are either in the process of hiring or are going to be hiring in the next 6 months.
